Meet Buddi
Creating insights, analyzing in and between the lines and organizing what needs to be done is what I do best. It is my highly trained conceptual brain as a civil engineer (ir.), formed throughout 15 years in the corporate industrial world. But it is also how people describe me as a friend, mother and partner.
Stimulating mutual trust & sense of belonging between individuals and groups, is what drives me every day. My heart being filled with enthusiasm towards a greater goal.
It is the very reason I created "Buddi". My dream is to be your Buddi towards a more human way of doing innovative business. Buddi comes from “buddhi”, Sanskrit for “intelligence”. Not just the knowledge part but mainly as the art of looking at a project or situation with a clean slate every day.
Meet Angelica
Hi, my name is Angelica Krsteski, born and raised in Belgium, roots in Macedonia. I’m 37, married to Christophe and mother of 2 beautiful kids, Arthur and Lily, my little treasures. I live in Brasschaat, north of Antwerp. Come and join me sometime for a walk in nature!
After have spend more than a decade in the corporate world and having worked closely with start-ups and scale ups, the entrepreneur in me had awakened. I love to learn continuously, try out new things, be inspired and to be free with all the options life has to offer. Yoga has become my lifestyle of guiding principles for a healthy life close to yourself. Only then you can help and inspire others.
I wanted to use all that technical, commercial, philosophical and fysical bagage for something more profound: to start my own business based on values such as connectivity, clarity and space. Ultimately we will all benefit from that, our families, our colleagues, our partner, our companies and the world itself. And I hope you will too.

Mutual trust and cooperation between team members as a strong base for sustainable business development. Defining and working towards a common goal is what brings in motivation and joy at work.
Clarity
Gather all the knowledge you have in the team and search for missing insights where needed. Analyse the “data” by adding structure and a framework everyone can understand & follow. Finally tough decisions need to be make to focus and getting things done.
Space
Individuals being allowed to be safe and to shine in both vulnerability and strength. It is by complementing each other and acknowledging our differences, we become stronger.
